1. Client Responsibility
Clients are responsible for providing complete, accurate, and clear project requirements, including content, references, branding details, and any necessary assets. Timely communication and feedback from the client side are essential to ensure smooth workflow and successful project delivery. Any delay in client response may affect project timelines and final output quality.
2. Project Timelines
Project delivery timelines are estimated based on the scope, complexity, and requirements of the work. These timelines may change due to revisions, additional features, client approval delays, or unforeseen technical challenges. ValueEdge LLC always aims to deliver projects on time while maintaining quality standards.
3. Revisions Policy
Each project includes a limited number of revisions depending on the selected package or agreement. Revisions cover minor changes and adjustments related to the approved design or development. Major changes, new feature requests, or redesign work may be treated as additional work and charged separately.
4. Intellectual Property
Upon full payment clearance, all final approved deliverables are transferred to the client. This includes the agreed project files and assets. ValueEdge LLC retains the right to use project samples for portfolio, marketing, or demonstration purposes unless otherwise agreed in writing.
5. Source Code & Backend Access
Source code, backend systems, server credentials, and administrative access are not included by default unless clearly mentioned in the agreement or package. Any requirement for full access must be discussed and agreed upon before project initiation.
6. Money-Back Guarantee Policy
The Money-Back Guarantee is only applicable to the “20+ Guaranteed Leads Per Month” service under specific written terms and conditions. All other services are non-refundable once work has started, resources have been allocated, or development has begun.
7. Service Suspension Rights
ValueEdge LLC reserves the right to suspend, pause, or terminate services in case of payment delays, abusive behavior, policy violations, unethical requests, or unauthorized system activities. Services will be resumed once the issue is resolved and compliance is ensured.
8. Acceptance of Terms
By engaging with ValueEdge LLC services, making payments, signing agreements, or continuing communication with the company, the client acknowledges and fully agrees to all the above-mentioned terms and conditions.
